My Circus line is a cheeky meditation on the mad theater of human suffering. Spheres are stand-ins for emotional states, caught between spikes, suspended in air or trapped together. The point is that underneath our weird and beautiful ability to empathize with little glass balls, there is kindness, and the freedom to translate that to actual people.
