The standard threaded solid curl bar fits 1 in standard plates and provides 2 separate grip positions to intensify the isolation and upper arm size in both the bicep and triceps muscles. The standard threaded curl bar features solid steels with a chromed finish and threaded ends. Star lock collars come with the bar to hold the plates securely on the barbell.
